Template:Photo/doc

This is a documentation subpage for Template:Photo.
It may contain usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template stores photo data in the Photos Cargo table and displays the photo page under the Photos/ namespace.

Usage

To use this template, create a photo page with Form:Photo. The template will store data and display the photo details. Transclude it with {{Photo}} on a page (e.g., {{Photo}}).

Notes

Parameters include File (mandatory), Location, DateTaken, Description, and optional Page fields (Parish, Saint, Shrine, Country, Diocese, AdministrativeSubdivision) allowing red links to be fixed later.
It works with Form:Photo for data entry and is defined by Template:PhotoDeclare.
