Help:Media templates

Media templates assist in linking to non-image documents that have been uploaded to Saintapedia.

Clicking on the linked text preceding the file icon takes you to the document
Clicking on the "Link" text following the icon takes you to the file page for the document

The file name should note

(Optional) The label is the text that is displayed.

The icon varies based on the type of file.

"Link" is in smaller, superscript text at the end and is a link to the file page where you can upload a new version, add a categories, etc.
