It is dedicated to Epiphany of Our Lord.

History

Epiphany of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church in Roswell, Georgia, was established in 1982, serving the Byzantine Catholic community under the Eparchy of Passaic, which spans from Maine to Florida. The church was founded to provide for the spiritual needs of Byzantine Catholics in the Atlanta area, offering the Divine Liturgy and other celebrations in the Eastern rite. The parish has been a focal point for those seeking to worship in a tradition that blends the mystical theology and liturgical practices of the Eastern Churches with communion to the Roman Catholic Church.

In 2014, the church faced a significant challenge when an arson fire damaged the building, leading the congregation to temporarily worship at Regina Caeli Academy until repairs were completed. Despite this, the parish has continued to grow, fostering a community known for its vibrant liturgical life, iconography, and community activities.[1][2]
