History
Christ Our Hope Catholic Church was established in 1984 in Lithonia, Georgia, making it the first Catholic Church in the area. The parish was named after the opening words of 1 Timothy 1:1, "Christ Jesus, Our Hope." This church was founded to serve the diverse community of Lithonia, which includes a significant number of parishioners from over 50 countries, predominantly from Africa and the Caribbean.
