Saint Patrick of Malaga, not to be confused with the more famous Saint Patrick of Ireland, was an early Christian bishop in the Roman province of Hispania Baetica, now Malaga, Spain. His life is shrouded in mystery, but tradition holds that he was the first bishop of Malaga and represented the city at the Synod of Elvira. During the Diocletianic Persecution, Patrick was forced to flee to Gaul (France) to escape persecution, where he eventually died.

His memory is particularly venerated in Malaga, where he is celebrated for his role in the early Christian community. Pope Gregory XVI officially recognized his cultus in 1834.
