The Federal Hydropower Council (FHC) works to tackle difficult issues related to procurement, project management, and general policy matters.

Mission
It strives to implement new processes and policies to do things better and faster and to improve the Federal hydropower product, price, and value in the evolving energy industry.

Focus - Address policy, methodology, and crediting issues associated with storage reallocations that occur under the authority of the Water Supply Act of 1958

Focus - Optimizing Operations and Maintenance of USACE Hydropower assets through recommended policy and organizational changes.
