Criterion has 60 employees across eight locations nationally, approximately half of whom are located in Albuquerque as of 2012.[1]

On September 29, 2011, Criterion Systems was awarded a prime contract to support current and future information technology (IT) and telecommunications systems for the Office of Secure Transportation (OST). The Criterion team is comprised of SRA International, Inc. and The Kemtah Group, Inc. The contract has an estimated value of $15 million over four years if all options are exercised. Under the contract, Criterion will provide a range of services including program and project management; operations, administration and maintenance; information and telecommunications studies and analysis; requirements engineering; telecommunications and network system design; network engineering; application and database design and support; server support; desktop support; hardware maintenance; fixed and mobile radio/wireless engineering and support; cyber security and information assurance; and IT business process support.[2]
