National Strategic Protective Services (NSPS), a joint venture of Triple Canopy and Securiguard, was founded to protect strategic, critical national infrastructure. The leading security companies comprising the NSPS joint venture currently secure United States’ interests both at home and abroad.

Company history with DOE

NSPS was awarded its initial contract in January 2013 by the Department of Energy to deliver protective force services at its Oak Ridge facilities. Oak Ridge is one of the U.S. government’s most unique and critical facilities. It includes three major campuses that conduct multi-program science and technology initiatives on behalf of the DOE and other federal agencies. NSPS is responsible for providing protective force services to the East Tennessee Technology Park, the Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the Joe L. Evins Federal Building, and a portion of the Oak Ridge Reservation.
