Holy Family Knanaya Syro-Malabar Catholic Church was established as a mission in Atlanta, Georgia, on August 15, 2008, under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Stany Edathiparambil. The mission was soon able to purchase its own church building, which was consecrated and elevated to a parish status on April 4, 2009, by Bishop Mar Jacob Angadiath. Since its inception, the parish has served the Knanaya Catholic community, providing a place for worship in the Syro-Malabar rite. The parish has seen several pastoral leaders, including Fr. Abey Vadakkekara, Fr. Dominic Madathilkalathil, Fr. Jemy Puthusseril, and currently, Rev. Fr. Boban Vattampurath.
