To balance the power granted to every Powerpedia editor to change any article, there are certain set of accountability features built into the wiki.

Getting started

A good way to get started editing is to take two minutes to create your user page with some basic contact information. A video has been created to walk you through the process on Help:User page. Using the basic user page template to create your user page will give you access to a sandbox where you can test your editing skills and draft new articles.

Lots of help is available

1. Many offices now have Powerpedia Ambassadors willing to answer your questions
2. Free, virtual Powerpedia training classes are held most Tuesday mornings. If you like to learn on your own, could walk through the training materials.
3. Video tour of Powerpedia
4. Lots more video tutorials are available
5. Search for help by topic
6. There is both a Help directory and full list of help topics

Remember Powerpedia is only as good as we make it and the most important thing they can you is add what you know to articles. Be bold! Edit an article today. It's how every Powerpedia article was written. Click the Watchlist star at the top of the page to follow any changes to the article.
